Shipping Policy

At Innerworld Kids, each order is prepared with care. Many of our products are made to order, which helps us create intentionally while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or periods of high demand.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, we’ll always do our best to help if there is an issue with your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Innerworld Kids is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has begun.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll help determine the next steps.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
